Our Service Guarantee
At Makangels Beauty Salon, your satisfaction is our priority. We make every effort to ensure you enjoy your experience with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please notify us at the time of your appointment or within 48 hours of the service being performed.
Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable. However, we are happy to offer a complimentary corrective service when appropriate.
Corrective services apply only when the issue is the result of a service error—not a change of mind after the service has been completed. In the event of a disagreement, all corrective services must be reviewed and approved by salon management.
Clients must contact the salon within 48 hours of the original appointment to request a corrective service. Corrective services must be completed within five (5) days of the original service date.
To ensure timely resolution, please contact the salon as soon as you are dissatisfied so we can schedule your corrective service as soon as possible.
Please note: Certain services—such as color corrections, box color removal, or transitioning from darker to lighter tones—may require multiple sessions to achieve the desired result.
Right to Refuse Service
Makangels Beauty Salon reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who demonstrates inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful behavior toward our staff or other guests.
Retail Return Policy
Retail products may be returned within seven (7) days of the original purchase date.
Returns are issued as in-salon credit only
No cash refunds are provided
Returned products must be unused and in their original condition
48-Hour Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change. To respect the time of both our guests and our artists, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee or 50% of the scheduled service cost, whichever is greater.
Fees will be charged to the credit card on file used to secure your reservation.
If an appointment is rescheduled three (3) times within the 48-hour window, future appointments will be accepted on a walk-in basis only.
No-Show Policy
To respect the time of our artists:
No-show appointments will incur a $50 fee or 50% of the total service cost
Clients who no-show may be restricted to walk-in appointments only
If a no-show occurs for a corrective (redo) appointment, the complimentary service will be forfeited
Late Arrivals
Please be courteous to your artist and fellow guests. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled based on availability.
Children Policy
Our Children’s Menu applies to children under the age of 10
Children 10 years and older are charged full-service prices
Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times
For services provided to minors under 18 years, a signed consent form is required prior to service

Appointments may be requested by calling the salon or booking through our website.
Online booking requests are scheduled based on artist availability and are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from Makangels Beauty Salon.
Head Lice Policy
For health and safety reasons, Makangels Beauty Salon does not perform services on clients with head lice.
If head lice are discovered during a service, the appointment will be discontinued. Services may be rescheduled within 48 hours after proper treatment has been completed.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase
Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service
Copies are not accepted
Gift certificates are non-refundable
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash
Gift certificates are valid only at Makangels Beauty Salon for available services and products
